The spectre of Antonin Artaud reigns in this haunting performance art opera
in which Paolo, driven to madness by his powerlessness to prevent the death
of his daughter, becomes cornered in the asylum of his mind. Probing the
depths of his hallucinatory reality, the spiritual presence of Artaud directs
him towards an fragmented and inexplicable destiny.
